My Place Hotel-Amarillo West/Medical Center, Tx

I stayed here 1 night and I loved it.

The staff was responsive in any situation.

I liked location and rooms. The hotel was located short walk to numerous restaurants as well as the main highway.

The lighting in the room is excessively bright!!! Sound insulation needs serious work to block out lobby noise and highway traffic!!!

hotel is quite new, staff so far quite friendly and location can also be described as positive. around the hotel there is a lot of good gastronomy.

unfortunately our room smelled very musty. internet is not usable, because on the one hand it is very slow and on the other hand it is interrupted again and again. in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are trucks with permanently running cooling units during the night. one even directly in front of our window. therefore we cancelled one of two overnight stays and moved to another hotel for a second night. positive at this point, hotel accepted the cancellation without any costs.

not an ice cream machine. you had to prepare the ice cream yourself in the freezer in the room, was very tedious.

A cozy corner to unwind

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Every morning started right with a working kitchen and good Wi-Fi as a bonus.

Loved my such wonderful stay during a road trip. The room was spotless and brand-new, with full kitchen. This location was easy, just next door to restaurants, a safe area, theater.

The hotel is still quite new and everything is very well maintained. The room was really big and equipped with a complete kitchen.

The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and being just a short walk from the Amarillo Botanical Gardens really enhanced my weekend exploring the beauty of the area.

Nice welcome on our arrival with some tips on how to visit the city. The room is very well equipped and very well furnished. The bedding is very comfortable. Everything is very clean and small details are taken care of. Washing machines + dryers are available, which was a great help to us. In short, a very nice hotel that I highly recommend. In the end, a very good quality/price ratio.

Couple's Comfortable Stay

The room had a full kitchen, and I loved being able to make a full pot of coffee in the morning, instead of just one cup like most places. Plus, the bed was really comfy, and we got a great night's sleep after a long day driving.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

my place hotel-amarillo west/medical center, tx is an almost new and very well equipped hotel as of october 2019. room was on the ground floor. i wanted a room in which there were no dogs before and very friendly lady in the reception immediately responded to my request. room was very spacious and had a pleasant room climate. directly at the entrance of the room was the kitchen with a big refrigerator. even when the kitchen was used intensively, extractor hood with the help of the bath ventilation was excellent. although the kitchen is already well equipped in its basic version, further utensils can be borrowed for free at the reception. was recommended accordingly and it worked very well. bed is sufficiently big, for my taste it was a little too soft. in total, best accommodation during the whole trip. my place hotel-amarillo west/medical center, tx is well suited for a day trip to palo duro canyon.

goods receiving department of the neighbouring longhorn steakhouse was directly opposite our room. in the morning on both days there was a lot of activity quite early. besides, i didn't know how loud you can queue up to empty garbage cans.

Verysuper clean and cozy queen room. Wi-Fi was slow, but in-room breakfast was nice.
